Heavens Hospital Terms of Service

General Information:

By engaging with Heavens Hospital services, you confirm you are of legal age (18 years or older). Please be aware that our services do not substitute professional legal, financial, medical, or psychiatric advice.

Readings and Refunds:

  • Refund Policy for Readings: Refunds for reading services will be provided within 48 hours of your request.

  • Dissatisfaction with Readings: If you believe your reading did not meet your expectations, please contact us at heavenshospital4@gmail.com within 48 hours of your scheduled time.

  • Requesting a Refund or Reschedule: To request a refund or reschedule a reading, simply send an email to heavenshospital4@gmail.com within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

  • No-Show Policy for Readings: If you do not arrive for your scheduled reading within 10 minutes of the agreed-upon time, the reading will conclude promptly. Your session will be forfeited, and you are welcome to rebook at your own expense.

Mentorship and Classes:

  • Discretionary Termination: Heavens Hospital reserves the right to stop and end any mentorship program or class at any time, for any reason deemed fit by Heavens Hospital, without a refund.

  • No-Show Policy for Mentorship: If you do not arrive for your scheduled Mentorship slot within 10 minutes of the agreed-upon time, the mentorship will conclude promptly. 
  • Your session will be forfeited, and you are welcome to rebook at your own expense.
  • No Refunds for Mentorship or Classes: All payments for mentorship programs and classes are non-refundable.

Right to Terminate Services:

  • Right to Terminate Readings: Heavens Hospital reserves the right to stop and end any reading session at any time if the client(s) engage in inappropriate behavior.

  • Right to Refuse Service: Heavens Hospital also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason.

Confidentiality:

Heavens Hospital is committed to safeguarding personal information and will not disclose it unless:

  • It is in accordance with the terms stated in this Privacy Policy.

  • There is a legal obligation to comply with specific requirements, such as a law, regulation, warrant, subpoena, or court order.

  • The disclosure is necessary when reporting an adverse event or side effect, particularly if it involves potential harm to yourself, others, or concerns the safety/abuse of a minor.
